Does your spirituality help you to deal with emotional pain?

Welcome back! I hope you find everything you are looking for here. Thanks for visiting again!

When your heart is breaking, does your spirituality help you cope? Surely something has to help?

I would say it gives me a better understanding of why these things are happening which can ease emotional pain.

I believe "will power" has some influence over my moods…

    yes…

but I think reality can influence much greater..

Example I can always convince myself to feel happy… but I can't feel happy if I can't get over some sort of loss.

Yes it does 100%. God’s ways and man’s ways are mindsets. The world’s system of thinking is virus and parasite infested and designed to make the individual set themselves up for total devastation. Where God’s ways:

Joh:8:36: If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

Take care and may God bless you spiritually.

Yes, it helps on many levels. It gives me strength, and also helps me understand why things are happening.

So easily for me the Answer is yes.
So easily yes…. and wow yes. it’s just hard being on my own.

I have read a lot of the bible a lot of it over and over again. It takes you through such an eye opening journey, it does so much and there are parts that you need and keep also to read again, and again. its very nice. evry nice indeed for lifting the spirits full of rules knowledge wisdom teaching and lifting.

If you read Proverbs its so lovely its like a father talking to his son.
Song of solomon is nice and huge portions of psalms is so full of everything.
But as Jesus said, you reap what you sew,
also he also teaches more importantly to follow him and kep his commandmnts.
it’s quite interesting that he means the 10 commandments.

so what you put in yo get out: thats a comment relating to seventh day sabbath worship. Hebrews mentions the importance of entering into his rest. The seventh day is the day of rest.
I am trying to come to JESUS with my whole heart and accept all his Commandments and his teachings.

I had to think a bit on this one, back to times when my heart was broken. What helped me then was to focus not on my sorrow, for that will pass, but to focus on those things which are good and right, to focus on the three things God gave us, faith, hope and love.

I found that by focusing my entire being on those three things helped me to overcome my sorrow and that it is true that sorrow is fleeting but joy lasts forever.

Yes, it does. Shrimad Bhagavad Geeta is so powerful that reading and understanding it can bring a person out of any kind of sorrow or depression.

From what I have began to understand is that spirit is within us all and within everything we touch as everything has an energy.
Emotional pain is on 1 level of our auric fields. If we have a disruption in one of those fields then all can be disrupted. To cleanse the body by connecting with the higher self the Emotional, Physical and Mental auric fields can be opened and connected to the knowledge and healing that can be accessed from the Universe.

No healing can be denied if it is the plan of the Great Spirit.
Like attracts like and to believe in the good of all things and that bad times will pass, if you believe that nothing can harm you as you are apart of all that is infinite and can not be destroyed then you will attract such truth as that is the Law of the Universe and nothing can change the Law.

For anyone who is interested in such things as this you should look in to the Teachings of Silver Birch and I assure you, you will not be disappointed in your findings. As I have found them to be enlightening beyond belief and believe this knowledge should be share amoungst the world.

xXx LOVE AND LIGHT TO ALL xXx
