Addiction, hmmmmm, what can help? Well, there are many programs, books, lectures and seminars out there they may help in the process and the journey. However, there is one thing that appears throughout the country and the world for that matter, that brings more peace and serenity to ones life. Many call this one thing — Spiritual Healing. You know, that thing we do from the inside out. The uncovering of all those shadows that we hide so deep within ourselves. Many times hidden to ourselves for years and years.
It is that deep introspection, the place and time when we are honest with ourselves and others. It is challenging and painful to uncover some of these things about ourselves that we hide. However, by doing this inner work we release and relieve ourselves of the inner bondage we place on ourselves. So, when are you going to get started? What might you have to face in there? Who might you become? Where might this uncovering process take you?
These are just a few questions I pose to you to ponder. Never give up, keep asking yourself the questions. You will get the answers, just be vigilant and listen. For these answers will come when you least expect it and from places you never imagined.
